Collision Repair

Collision repair for dents, frame checks, panels, and paint when your car loses an argument with physics.

What we do

Done in order.
Done correctly.

We start with a full teardown because hidden damage is how cars leave shops and come back with new problems. Frame and structure first, panels second, paint last. We fix it right the first time, and the car you get back drives like the car you used to have.

FAQ

Collision repair questions

How long is this actually going to take?

Small bumper and panel work can turn around in a few days. Structural hits with parts on order take longer, sometimes a week or more. You get a realistic timeline after teardown, because guessing before we see the hidden damage is how bad promises get made.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?

Depends on the vehicle, the panel, and what the repair calls for. Safety and structural parts get OEM when we can. For brackets, trim, and bolt-ons, good aftermarket often makes sense, and we will tell you which is which before the work starts.

What if there is more damage underneath?

That is common, cracked brackets, a bent radiator support, broken tabs, a sensor knocked out of line. Sometimes a crumple only shows up once the bumper comes off. We photograph it, show you, and adjust the estimate before we keep going.

Can you match the paint?

That is the whole point of the booth time. We pull the factory code, then read the existing panel because sun, salt, and miles have already moved the color, and blend into the panels next to it so the new paint disappears against the old.

Can I still drive it, or does it need a tow?

If it is leaking, a light or the hood is loose, or something is rubbing, get it towed and call us first so we know it is coming. If it is drivable, bring it by. When in doubt, send a photo and we will tell you honestly.

Do I call insurance first, or come to you?

Either order works. You can get our estimate first and decide whether to open a claim, or start the claim and bring us what you have. If you are not sure which makes sense, call and we will talk it through.

Can I bring in the estimate from my insurance?

Yes. Bring it in and we will go through it with you before any work starts, so everyone is working from the same page.

Do you work with my insurance company?
